Quick Mold Change Systems is the most effective solution in reducing downtime during Mold/Die Change in an Injection Molding Machine. Particularly it is benefecial in medium to Heavy tonnage machines which are in range of 450T ~ 4000 T.

We have two types of Hydraulic Quick Mold Change systems

1. Manual Clamps (Need to Pull and Push inside T slots)
2. Auto Slide Clamps (Which travels automatically within T Slots)
